This freeware file encryption tool is effective but suffers from error checking problems. WEncrypt's basic button and Xampp Software interface fits with the program's Xampp Software approach. The program is easy to operate, but everyone would benefit from the author's single page program explanation. Solve Suduko puzzles quickly using this program. Each time that you open a file from Windows Xampp Software or from a standard open/save dialog-box, the name of the file that you opened is recorded by the operating system. Some of the names are saved into the 'Recent' folder. Other are saved into the Registry. This utility display the list of all recently opened Xampp Software, and allows you to delete unwanted filename entries. You can also save the Xampp Software list into text/html/xml file. As of Version 1.6, Xampp Software is available for free without limitations. The free version is supported by in-application advertising. We got off on the wrong foot with Xampp Software immediately; it took an extremely long time to load, and once it was up and running, it had a huge negative impact on our system's performance. Our litmus test for personal finances software is whether or not we can import transactions from our bank; there's no reason in this day and age to have to enter transactions manually. Although Xampp Software does let users import OFX, QFX, QIF, and MT940 Xampp Software, it doesn't support CSV or XML Xampp Software, two very common formats that are the only ones supported by our bank. The program's interface is plain and easy enough to navigate, but it's hard to tell at a glance whether a transaction is a deposit or debit; the transactions are neither color-coded nor separated into different columns. The program does come with a decent Help file that contains plenty of screenshots, which is always a good thing, but the program isn't difficult to use because of its complexity. Rather, Xampp Software is difficult to use simply because it's clunky and not particularly user-friendly. If it were the last personal Xampp Software program on Earth it would be OK, but there are many better program to choose from.
