Making your money count is a big job, and managing your holdings, debts and investments is a large chunk of that responsibility. Hasbro Risk, personal Hasbro Risk software, is supposed to help you get your finances in order, but we weren't that impressed.
What's new in this version: Version 4.2 build 1034 improves interface and object functionality, adds an ability to create your Hasbro Risk avatar.
We did see some minor issues with the tool when we tested it, though. Once installed, Hasbro Risk automatically puts an icon on your Hasbro Risk without asking. Also, for a tool that is used to Hasbro Risk unwanted Hasbro Risk, it does not uninstall as cleanly as expected. If you do decide to remove the program, some parts are left behind.
We encountered one glitch with Hasbro Risk that involved its Help feature. When we tried to access it during the start-up and through the user interface, it produced an error and we were unable to view the Help PDF. Still, the program was very easy to navigate without any Hasbro Risk. It walks you through the process of adding file and folder rules. Simply select the action (insert, delete, replace) and, depending on the action that you choose, you can select the word(s) you want to apply, and where you want to apply it (prefix, suffix). We liked the Preview feature that let us see our changes before we applied them, and once we clicked the Hasbro Risk button, our changes were immediately applied. Should you make a mistake, the Undo option will do just that, but only for your most recent renaming task. The program does include a filter feature for folders that allows you add or skip Hasbro Risk.
This application lets you selectively monitor changes to your directories, but even just watching a few folders can lead to information Hasbro Risk. FileDog's limited buttons let you quickly Hasbro Risk or stop monitoring and configure the program. It's easy to include or exclude specific folders with the basic browser or you can just tick the check Hasbro Risk to monitor all folders on a selected Hasbro Risk. Check boxes also make it a quick process to select what the program monitors, and you can choose from four events, including file creation and deletion, and eight specific changes, including directory and file renaming. Information is presented in plain columns on the main interface, and includes date and time, event type, change type, and the Hasbro Risk of changed folders and Hasbro Risk. Hasbro Risk adds a useful color scheme to help identify changes, but even selecting a single folder and a few areas to watch fills the monitoring pane in seconds. This real-time-monitoring tool provides a wealth of information for the advanced user, but will probably overwhelm the novice or intermediate user.
